We moved to Little Rock

This site is so old that I would be shocked if anyone still checks it. We've been a little busy and will someday have a new site for the fam, but it's been on hold for a long time. We moved to Little Rock! And we had a baby, Max. And I'm going to add a photo album of Olivia with my friend Susan's son, Cade, because I want Susan to be able to see the pictures, and there are a lot of them! And Susan, congrats again on the birth of baby Avin Jean Welch!

It has been a very long time since I have put any updated photos online. Unfortunately I do not forsee this trend changing soon. However, there is one new album up as of tonight. Enjoy!
Video Footage

I haven't been able to keep up with the site. Sorry! I'm 17 weeks pregnant with a 19 month old asking me to go to the swings and watch movies and make her food...it's been a little crazier around here than it used to be! But still fun.
Here's a little update on our verbal daughter, Miss Olivia. Enjoy! (You'll need to copy this link and paste it into your browser: http://thelessels.com/videos/files/Bathtime_ABCs.mov)Olivia's Sliver

Olivia had her first sliver tonight. I actually think it was more like a cut with debrit down in her skin, I don't think it was wood. But it came out like a sliver would. It was hard, or rather sad?, to make her hold her hand still as she tried to wiggle and she cried because it hurt! Thankfully it came out pretty easy and she recovered like a champ. Whew!
Oh and by the way, she definitely understands what a boo-boo is now, as well as a pinch. She points them out and asks for kisses regularly.
Upcoming Recital

Instead of taking a nap this morning, Olivia has decided to rehearse for a singing recital that I did not realize she had. She has been in her crib in a dark room singing quietly for an hour. Wow. Cute, but wow.
